All items are deep frozen and USDA inspected. Ours is a (very) small farm on the west side of Proctor where the village meets the ledge. Our sheep graze all season on our own pasture, supplemented (this year because of the drought), with hay from Corn Hill Road in Pittsford. Our animals are processed at Maple Ridge Meats in Benson, which is Animal Welfare approved. We are not certified, but organic principles guide all our farming endeavors.
