Soaring Meadow is a small family farm located in West Haven, VT, dedicated to raising chemical-free, sustainable meat and vegetables. All of their animals are raised on pasture and rotated every couple of days. The small amount of grain they feed is GMO-free and locally sourced. Their vegetables are grown without chemical inputs and moved to new ground annually.

Soaring Meadow raises Kune kune pigs, a smaller breed originally from New Zealand. They have evolved to be true grazing pigs and get the majority of their diet from our pastures. Because they eat mostly grass and very little grain, they are a healthier pork choice. They grow more slowly than traditional breeds, typically finishing between 18 to 24 months at a weight of about 130 pounds, but they are packed with flavor.
